We have helped young athletes achieve their goals of playing at the collegiate level and helped professionals improve their skill sets whether its getting stronger, faster, and/or more powerful. We have over 20 years experience in all levels of sports and Stregth and Conditioning to help get you to were you need to be.
We offer two options for personal training:
1) Get our 1 on 1 training with one of our Kinesiologists on a schedule that works for you.
2) Sign up for Semi-Personal training with group sessions.
In either option you will receive a program that is suited and made for you. In the 1-1 you get the added bonus of receiving full attention and a more in depth program including in and out of gym activities. Plus, we try to work around your schedule when possible.
