Cristian is one of our athletic therapists, fitness coaches, and the owner of the clinic. After realizing that he did not want to spend the rest of his working years behind a desk, Cristian went back to University to pursue a new career in Athletic Therapy / Strength and Conditioning. He was honoured to graduate as class Valedictorian and Faculty Graduate of the Year. He's had the privilege of learning from the head therapists of the Winnipeg Jets as a game day therapist for two years and continues to work for the University of Manitoba's High Performance Centre, working with athletes from various teams. He is passionate and invests 100% into each of his clients and athletes.
Nicole is one of our athletic therapists and fitness trainers. She graduated in 2018 from the University of Manitoba with her undergraduate degree and is currently continuing her graduate studies, working on her Masters of Science in the faculty of Kinesiology and Recreation Management also at the University of Manitoba. Her focus is in motor control and learning. Not only does she have the education and the desire to learn, but Nicole has been involved in sports her whole life. She grew up playing soccer, swimming competitively, and running. Currently she has shifted gears and has been training as a Triathlete for the past 2 years. With her lifelong involvement in sport and continuing education she is a great fit within our clinic and gym. She is able to relate with the athletes who come in, which allows her to provide a greater insight into managing sporting injuries, as well as training individuals of any ability.
